I have enjoyed an exciting career in interior decorating and design for 15 years. Since embarking on design in Richmond, Virginia, my work has evolved to Northern Virginia where my experience and clientele has grown, culminating in the creation of Erika Bonnell, Inc. Interior Design. My passion for design and beautiful things began in childhood, and I have cultivated an innate sense of style and a flair for the unusual.
I am comfortable whether working in a high-paced metropolitan area or in the rural countryside, and am inspired by all that surrounds me – textiles, art, color, and nature. My eyes are always open and absorbing elements that I draw upon when creating innovative and stylish interiors. I thrive on collaborating with people who welcome guidance in making their personal space one of functionality and comfort, reflecting their own taste.
